The Hytera PDM680 is a highly robust and reliable device that enables first responders and control teams to better manage emergency situations.

The device features an Android operating system and supports the full range of apps that can be downloaded on the Hytera Application Store and the Google Play Store. Apps can be used to enable more efficient and easier methods of working.

The Hytera PDM680 rugged dual-mode MCS radio with 3GPP is ready for the toughest conditions. It is IP68 and MIL-STD-810H rated against impact and dust, and it is also waterproof. On top of this, it features a high-resolution LTPS display that is readable in direct sunlight and scratch and impact proof Gorilla Glass 3.

The PDM680 delivers clear and loud audio in noisy and stressful situations with a loud, high volume speaker. It also uses AI-based noise cancellation, echo cancellation and wind noise cancellation technology for clear message transmission.

Built with digital mobile radio (DMR) technology, the PDM680 provides device to device communications where LTE connectivity is unavailable. On top of this, the PDM680 features MCS-DMR Simulcall to call both MCS devices and DMR radios at the same time.

The PDM680 is also secure with data encryption, signature authentication, system consistency check, sensitive data isolation and an access control mechanism.
