Kenwood NX-1800AE UHF Analogue Mobile Radio

The Kenwood NX-1800AE long-range two-way radio works with wide band UHF 70 MHz coverage. Plus they feature a maximum 260 channels per radio, 128 zones per radio and 250 channels per zone.

Sound quality is great on the NX-1800AE with 6 W (max) loud audio and an optimisable TX/RX audio profile. Devices feature an equaliser, auto gain control (TX/RX) and microphone type settings.

You can upgrade the Kenwood NX-1800AE’s digital/analogue mode software with a simple software upgrade. Saving the hassle of making a firmware upgrade.

The Kenwood NX-1800AE radio is also designed for quick mastery with a clear, white backlit LCD display and intuitive controls. The 10-digit, 13-character display can be read at a glance, and a 7-color LED indicator also displays radio status instantly. Button controls are arranged on a smart panel.

Other features include an electronic serial number (ESN), display customisation, lone worker alert function, GPS connectivity, ignition sense, remote stun, kill and check, D-sub 15-pin connector on the rear panel, horn alert and public address and 3.5 mm audio jack for external speaker. Scan functions include dual/single priority scan and multi/single zone scan.
