The Motorola Ear Microphone System With PTT Interface BDN6646 is compact & lightweight, and picks up sound through bone vibrations in the ear. The miniature earpiece leaves the hands free and face unobscured, ideal for rescue and emergency personnel that require the ability to help, hear and speak directly to others — those not on the communication system. EMS may be worn with protective masks without reduction in sound clarity. Interface Module is required and sold separately. This EMS includes a Voice-Activated Interface Module and is designed for CP and PR series portables operating in standard noise environments (up to 95dB).
