VoCoVo Call Points
With VoCoVo Call Points, customers can make assistance requests at the location and time it is needed.
Retail stores can use Call Points to man infrequently visited points in stores like click and collect counters, delivery locations and self-checkouts. When customers press the assistance button, a member of staff is alerted to the location and immediately connected via their VoCoVo headset. Devices also feature a ‘custom message’ function.
VoCoVo Call Points free up staff to do more productive work while maintaining customer satisfaction.
Call Points also feature useful additional technology. Devices can be powered by mains power or battery power. Extra-long battery life also means devices typically only need to be charged every 90 days. On top of all this, Call Points come with useful data and statistics features for monitoring usage and staff response at Call Points.
Devices provide up to 90m coverage without repeaters, for the largest stores, and also provide high-quality audio. Devices also operate without needing to be connected to Wi-Fi networks.
Call Points are 120mm x 112mm x 27mm in size, 360g in weight (with battery) and operate at 1.880 – 1.900 GHz. They also feature an alkaline pack 6V DC Micro-USB battery charge port, a rechargeable NiMH Pack 4.8V DC battery and a rear 240V mains feed.
