The Icom IP730D/IP740D are a new hybrid radio series that can provide nationwide coverage over LTE networks and conventional VHF/UHF professional radio mode to work locally all in one radio. This versatility offers multiple applications and options for industries, from event and facility managements to large utility infrastructure projects.
The LTE mode provides you with secure and private push to talk communication over a cellular network, providing coverage where conventional radio systems may not. The IDAS digital mode is a conventional VHF/UHF professional radio mode using licenced radio channels that allows you to communicate in areas where 3G/4G networks are not available.
The IP730D/IP740D series is durable and can endure water pressure under 1m of depth for 30 minutes and has dust tight protection. The built in Bluetooth allows you to operate with a Bluetooth accessory wirelessly.
